About Ryan

Meet Ryan Dozier, an alumnus of Penn State Harrisburg and Former V.P. Of Public Relations of the Pro-Sales Club. He graduated from PSH with a degree in marketing and a minor in sales in Spring 2022. Ryan began his college career as a finance major until he found his passion for sales and marketing. He then joined the Pro Sales Club during his Sophomore year. He choose Penn State because of his brother being and alumni and he loved it. 

Ryan is now a technical consultant for PWC. Ryan emphasized that joining the club helped him learn how to communicate to customers and how to help fit clients needs. The club showed him the sales experience and selling methods needed. He said that the club gave him valuable experiences that helped him shift into the workforce. 

Advice

Ryan gave me some advice for current club members and other college students. He said to dive deep and be intentional, learn how to craft your own story. You must be able to look back and create the best story of yourself to sell to companies. In order to get the most out of the Pro Sales Club you must be willing to get out of your comfort zone and separate yourself to stick out to employers.
