In many respects we are all sellers. When interviewing you are selling the value you can offer to a prospective employer. As a project team member you are selling your ideas and solutions to partners. Selling as a discipline is centered on persuasion and problem solving by bringing multiple parties together in the marketplace of ideas. A sales class will help you understand how to identify and articulate value, uncover and satisfy unmet needs, and follow through to close the deal.
